The project name, logo and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the project being marketed. Prices, sizes, specifications, amenities and images are indicative and may change; images are artist’s impressions. Nothing on this website is an offer, a contract or a promise of price, possession date or returns.

Please verify all details with the developer and against the project’s registration with the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TG RERA Reg. No. P02400011291, rera.telangana.gov.in) before making any decision. This website does not give financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to this Godrej Epoque website and the enquiry forms on it. It does not apply to other websites we link to, including the developer’s own website, which have their own policies.

2. Information we collect

What you submit in a form: your name, mobile number with country code, email address, and, where you choose them, the home type, budget and whether you prefer a site visit or a virtual meeting.
Campaign and technical data: the page address, the referring page, and campaign tags such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign, so we know which advertisement brought you here.
A record of your enquiry: what you asked for and the date and time it was submitted.

To pre-select your country code, the page looks up your approximate country from your IP address using GeoJS (get.geojs.io). To catch mistyped email addresses, it asks Cloudflare’s public DNS service whether your email domain can receive mail; only the part after the @ is checked.

We do not want financial information, government ID numbers or other sensitive personal data. Please do not send them through this website.

3. Why we use it

To contact you about Godrej Epoque by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
To share prices, floor plans and availability you asked for.
To arrange a site visit or a virtual meeting.
To pass your enquiry to the project’s sales team.
To measure which advertisements and pages lead to enquiries.

By submitting a form, you consent to being contacted for these purposes, including on a number registered with the National Do Not Call registry (NCPR/DND).

5. Cookies and tracking

This website may use cookies and similar technologies, including Google advertising and analytics tags and the Meta Pixel, to measure advertisements and show relevant ads. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the page, through heatmaps and session recordings; Clarity masks what you type into form fields. Information such as page views and enquiry submissions may be shared with Google and Meta for this purpose.

You can block cookies in your browser and manage ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings. Blocking cookies does not stop the enquiry forms from working.

The location map is a static image made from OpenStreetMap data and is served with this page; no map service is contacted when you view it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, to keep records of consent and advertising attribution, and for any period the law requires. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

7. Security

Information is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

Ask for a copy of the details we hold about you.
Ask us to correct them.
Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete them.
Ask any advisor who calls you to remove you from their call list, or reply STOP to any message.

Withdrawing consent stops marketing contact. We may keep a minimal record that you withdrew, so we do not contact you again.

9. Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted their details, contact us and we will delete them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. Changes take effect when they are posted here, and the date at the top shows when the policy was last revised.

11. Contact and grievances

For questions, requests about your data, or privacy grievances, submit the enquiry form and write “Privacy request” in the name field, or tell the advisor who calls you. Please include the mobile number you used on the form so we can find your record.

12. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
