Editorial Standards: how we source every figure

1. The rule

Every project figure on this website is traced to information published or shared by the developer, or to a public record. When a figure has not been published, we say it is not available rather than estimate it. Where we do our own arithmetic, we show the inputs so you can check it.

Who publishes this website: we are not Godrej Properties Limited. This website is managed by an authorised marketing partner of Godrej Properties Limited, for marketing and information purposes.

2. Where the figures come from

We use three sources, in this order:

1. The developer’s project information: configurations, saleable areas, tower heights, amenities, specifications and starting prices, as shared by Godrej Properties’ project team.
2. Public records: the project’s registration with the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TG RERA Reg. No. P02400011291, valid 20 Aug 2026 to 20 Aug 2031) and published HMDA information about the Neopolis layout.
3. Arithmetic on those two: for example, share of homes by type. Any derived figure shows what it was calculated from.

Market data, such as land and home price trends in Neopolis and Kokapet, comes from named industry sources (Housing.com, ANAROCK and brokerage research) and is always labelled as market data, never as a forecast for this project.

3. What we refuse to estimate

• Future price appreciation, rental yield or investment returns for Godrej Epoque.
• A possession date beyond what the RERA registration states.
• Carpet areas, when only saleable areas have been shared.
• Claims about views, Vastu compliance or parking allotment that the developer has not confirmed.
• Metro or infrastructure timelines that have not been officially approved and dated.

Where one of these comes up, we say the figure is not available and point you to the project team.

4. Why this matters more than it sounds

A confident estimate presented as a fact is worse than no figure, because a reader cannot tell the two apart. When you are making one of the largest purchases of your life, a gap you know about is safer than a number you cannot trust.

5. What we never publish

• Reviews, ratings or testimonials.
• Invented author names or credentials.
• Comparisons that name other developers or projects.
• Financial, legal or tax advice. Where those topics come up, we say it is not advice and suggest you speak to a qualified professional.

6. How prices are stated

Prices shown are indicative starting prices shared by the developer’s project team, for example “3 BHK + staff room from ₹2.99 Cr*”. They apply to specific units, not every unit of a type, change with inventory, and may exclude GST, registration, stamp duty and other charges. They are always subject to Godrej Properties Limited’s official price list. Where no price has been shared for a home type, we show “Price on request”.

7. Corrections

If you spot a figure that looks wrong, tell us through the enquiry form, naming the page and the figure. We check it against the developer’s current information, correct it if needed, and update the date at the top of the page.

8. Verify it yourself

1. Search the registration number P02400011291 on the Telangana RERA website, rera.telangana.gov.in.
2. Ask the project team for the current price sheet, floor plans and specification before you decide.
3. Drive the distances yourself, at the time of day you would actually travel. Drive times on this website are indicative and vary with traffic.
